Online Account FAQs

If you already have an Member or Customer account with Chelsea Piers. Do not create a new account. Stop and move to "I Forgot my name and password; how do I log in?"

Step 1: Enter site by clicking Account Login at the footer of any page on ChelseaPiersCT.com

Step 2: Click "Create an Account"

Step 3: Enter Information Of Adult on Account and click NEXT.

Step 4: Enter Additional Information for Adult. To add additional adult and children on account click "Add a Sub-Guest"

Step 5: Enter Information for Child, click "ADD". Repeat this step for each family member on account.

Step 6: Create your online account login and password. Accept Guest Agreement and click "NEXT"

Step 7: Confirm Payment Screen. Click NEXT.

Step 8: Your Online Account is now active. Your account number can be found on the confirmation screen. You can use your account number and login information to log in to the APP.

If you have an iPhone and you have your display set to "dark" mode, the times and days may not show. We suggest that you change your display setting to "light" mode.

For Members only: If you do not remember your username/ password, but

  • You know the email associated with your account, click the blue text "forgot username/ password"
  • You know your CTM number, click the blue text "current member and do not have a login"

DO NO CLICK FIRST TIME VISITOR, CREATE AN ACCOUNT. The account generated from this step will create a guest account that will not give you privileges to make Member only reservations.

Step 3: Enter email address or CTM number and click Submit.

Step 4: An email will be sent to your email address on file with your Username and temporary password to log in. You will need to update your email the first time you log in.

Step 1: Log into the site as a main member

Step 2: Select Scheduler Bookings from menu

Step 3: Select Venue from category menu > Select work out from Service menu

Step 4: Select Date and Duration of work out from pop up menu > Select Continue

Step 5: Under Resources click Select All and Duration desired > Select Search

Step 6: Select an Open space on the schedule. To view more openings in the schedule, Click the right arrow

Step 7: Confirm details and select Continue. Agree to terms of Reservations

Step 8: Select Member for reservation > Select Continue to Cart

Step 9: Confirmation of your Reservation.

Step 1: Log into the site as a main member

Step 2: Select Drop-In from menu

Step 3: Select Group Fitness or RINKS from category menu > Select date from calendar > Search

Step 4: Select Enroll for the class you want to reserve. If class capacity is full, you will be signed up for the waitlist.

Step 5: Agree to the terms.

Step 6: Confirm details are correct > Select Member for reservation > Select Register

Step 7: Confirmation of your Reservation.

Step 1: Log into the site as a main member

Step 2: Select Account Information from menu > Registration Summary

Step 3: Select future date > Select YES under Include Submembers/ Children > Select Show Report

Step 4: All reservations should show on this screen. To cancel your reservation, select blue hyperlink for the class you want to cancel

Step 5: Select Cancel Schedule and then confirm Yes that you want to cancel the service

Step 6: Review revised list of reservations

Step 1: Log into the site as a main member

Step 2: Select Account Information from menu > Contact information

Step 3: Make any necessary changes you need to on the main member's page. Once done > Select Submit Changes

Step 4: Select the related members names in blue links > Make any necessary changes you need to on the sub-member's page > Submit changes. Repeat this step for all sub-members as needed.
