Online Account FAQs

How do I log into my online account.

Members and customers can access their account in the online account management system via desktop here or download the Chelsea Piers Athletic Club App from the app store.

Your username is the email address we have on file for your Chelsea Piers Account. The first time you login, you will need to select "Forgot Password". You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password. Create your new password, navigate back to the app and you're all set to login!


How do I know if I have a Chelsea Piers Account?

If you are a member or have ever signed yourself or a child up for a program at our Connecticut club, then you aleady have an account. Your username is the email we have on file for you, where you receive receipts and email communications.


How do I sign up for group fitness classes?

Tap the 3 lines at the top left corner of your app. Then select "Fitness / Drop Ins" to see the class schedule. Select the class you would like to take. At the bottom of the screen select "book".


How do I cancel my reservation for a group fitness class?

Tap the 3 lines at the top left corner of your app. Then select "Dashboard" to see the classes that you are signed up for. Select the class you would like to cancel. At the bottom of the screen select "cancel booking".


How do I sign up for member events?

Tap the 3 lines at the top left corner of your app. Then select "Fitness / Drop Ins" to see the class schedule. Select the event you would like to take. At the bottom of the screen select "book".


How do I cancel my resservation for a member event?

Tap the 3 lines at the top left corner of your app. Then select "Dashboard" to see the events that you are signed up for. Select the event you would like to cancel. At the bottom of the screen select "cancel booking".


How do I book a drop in session?

Tap the 3 lines at the top left corner of your app. Then select "Reservations" to see the drop in schedule. Select the session you would like. At the bottom of the screen select "book".


How do I book lane for member lap swim?

Tap the 3 lines at the top left corner of your app. Then select "Reservations" to see the member lap swim schedule. Select the session you would like. At the bottom of the screen hit "book".


How do I sign up for a youth program?

Touch the 3 lines at the top left corner of your app. Then select "Programs" to see the youth program schedule. Select the session you would like. At the bottom of the screen select "book".


How do I sign up for camp?

Tap the 3 lines at the top left corner of your app. Then select "Camps" to see the camp schedule. Select the camp you would like to book. At the bottom of the screen select "book".


How do I confrm or cancel my scheduled reservation?

Tap the 3 lines at the top left corner of your app. Then select "Reservations" to see the events that you are signed up for. Select the session you would like to cancel. At the bottom of the screen select "cancel booking".


I'm having trouble making a reservation on my mobile device/tablet.
