Mite Showcase Development Camp

Ages 6 - 8 • Boys & Girls

FULL-DAY: 8:45am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday

Building off the success of the Chelsea Piers Connecticut Mite Cross-Ice League, we are excited to offer a new full-day summer camp product for all Mite players’ ages 6-8 years. Players experience a week comprised of high-intensity, skill based, on-ice/off-ice sessions, with an exciting team play exercise at the end of the week.


 

Camp Features Structure

  • Limited to 60 skaters
  • Day 1 and 2 player evaluations and skill sessions.
  • Day 3 and 4 players will be divided into six competitive pods of 10 players to work on cross-ice team work, positional play, and skill sessions.
  • On day 5 the week concludes with each team competing against each other in a round robin tournament.

  • Lead by energetic and dynamic coaching staff
  • 3 hours on-ice daily
  • Skill sessions in our Skills Zone
  • Floor ball team building component
  • Flexibility and training in our gymnastics facility
  • Team lunches

FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS

When creating a new account, please include all family members, not just those currently enrolling. Once the account is created, the system does not permit customers to add additional submembers themselves. To add sub-members after the fact, please call the Registration Desk at 203.989.1100. DEPOSIT & BALANCE

At the time of registration, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required for each week of camp your child wishes to participate in. On May 1, 2018 all balances will be charged and going forward, all tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration.


CANCELLATION, CREDITS & REFUND POLICIES

Requests for camp cancellations and refunds (not including the non-refundable deposit) will be accepted through June 17. Refunds are not available starting June18. If your camper suffers an injury that prevents them from attending camp, you may submit authorized documentation and apply for a camp credit to camps@chelseapiersCT.com.

Credits will not be issued for absences, lateness, sickness, fatigue or family emergencies.

Members and customers who wish to change camp programs or camp weeks will be accommodated provided there is space available. There is a $25 transfer fee per child.
