Ann Roth is the Director of Gymnastics at Chelsea Piers.
Ann Roth has been active in the world of gymnastics for over 30 years - as a high-level competitor, coach and head coach at top gyms in the Midwest and Northeast.
Ann motivates and inspires her gymnasts to achieve their highest potential while also developing important life skills, including focus, perseverance and tenacity.
Dave Flower
Dave Flower is the Soccer Director at Chelsea Piers.
Dave has more than two decades of coaching experience with athletes ranging in age from elementary through high school. He currently oversees all of the Chelsea Piers Soccer Club teams working to map out the pathways for those players looking to play at the collegiate level as well as those that simply love the game and intend to play as long as possible.
Greg Fleming
Greg Fleming is the Basketball Director at Chelsea Piers.
Greg Fleming has over nine years of experience coaching basketball, ranging from players in third grade through competitive college level athletes and has a deep passion for basketball and coaching.
James Barone
James Barone is the Aquatics Director at Chelsea Piers.
Jamie has been coaching swimming at various levels for the last 12 years and is responsible for establishing the vision of the Chelsea Piers Aquatics programs. He competed at the 2004 and 2008 Olympic Trials, was ranked in the top 100 globally in the breast stroke events for three years and was awarded the Rookie of the Meet trophy at the 2003 Summer National Championships.
Bill Mountford
Bill Mountford is the Senior Racquets Director at Chelsea Piers.
Bill has spent his professional career working in tennis, most recently with the United States Tennis Association, where he was charged with overseeing Junior Tournaments and Junior Competition in the US.
Ian Tarrant
Ian Tarrant is the Youth Hockey Manager at Chelsea Piers.
Ian began as a demonstrator and coach's assistant at Cutting Edge Hockey Camps, currently coaches the Greenwich Panthers U10 & U12 girls travel hockey teams.
Gretchen Brooks
Gretchen Brooks is the Skating Director at Chelsea Piers.
A competitive skater in her youth, Gretchen won the Bronze medal at the 1984 and 1985 U.S. National Precision Figure Skating Championships as a member of the Haydenettes.
As a skater, teacher and parent, Gretchen brings a unique, multi-faceted perspective to our ice skating program.
Kevin Marino
Kevin Marino is the Volleyball Coaching Director at Chelsea Piers.
Kevin returns to our Volleyball Club for his third season after leading the U18 National Team and Assisting the U16 National Team in 2017.
During his two years of high school volleyball, Marino was an outside hitter and was named All-SWC First Team in 2010 and 2011.
Jeff Brameier
Jeff Brameier is the Field House Director at Chelsea Piers.
Jeff Brameier has been a stand out coach on the high school sports scene in Fairfield County for decades and is a nationally recognized lacrosse coach.
Brameier has coached 85 high school All-Americans, 165 high school All-State players, 13 CT Players of the Year and has received the honor of Connecticut Lacrosse Coach of the Year five times.
Marti Etter
Marti Etter is the Director of Arts and Scholarships at Chelsea Piers.
Marti Etter co-founded of The Ballet School of Stamford and has proudly served as its Executive Director for nineteen years. Previously her professional career encompassed over twenty years of experience as a production manager and coordinator for theater, opera, concerts, film, dance and multi-media projects.
Kailey Morris
Kailey Morris is the Swim School Director at Chelsea Piers.
Kailey is beginning her third year with the CP-AC Swim Team. In the past two years, she has worked primarily with the Age Group program and has helped coach swimmers 6-14 years old. Morris has worked with CT State Champions, USA Swimming Sectionals qualifiers, a USA Swimming Junior National qualifier, and a four time USA Swimming National Age Group Record Holder.
Reinhold Hergeth
Reinhold Hergeth is the Head Professional at Chelsea Piers.
Reinhold started playing squash in South Africa at the age of 7 years old and has competed in tournaments all across the world. Later, he graduated from Trinity College in 2013 with a major in Anthropology and helped secure three National Team Championships for the Bantams under the leadership of Head Men's Squash Coach, Paul Assaiante. Reinhold joined the team as the #9 player as a freshmen and worked his way up the ladder to the #1 position and captained the team his senior year. Reinhold joined the Chelsea Piers in January of 2014.
Arturo Barreto
Arturo Barreto is the Head of Player Development at Chelsea Piers.
Arturo comes from a family of great squash players and grew up playing in his family's squash club in Mexico City. Arturo worked his way through the junior rankings to become one of the best junior players in Mexico, achieving a highest ranking of #5. After such success, he decided to become a professional player and coach, and soon cracked the top 10 players in Mexico. Arturo loves all aspects of the game, and has also enjoyed exposure in running major international events that have been hosted at his family's club. Since joining the Chelsea Piers team in October 2013, he has made a great impact on our younger, players including three age-group #1 ranked players, inspiring them the way he was inspired as a child. He is currently a PSA member.
Greg Pritchett
Greg Pritchett is a coach at Chelsea Piers.
Gregory Pritchett is a champion basketball player having played for 20 years. Of most recent, he was recognized by the Norwalk Hall of Fame Athletic Association where he received the Seal and Proclamation Declaration from Norwalk Mayor, Harry W. Rilling. He has played professional basketball in Argentina and Chile, where he led his team in scoring a 31 point per game.
While at Sacred Heart University he was the star player and his team ranked number one in the nation, going to the final 4. They won the division regionals championship twice. Gregory scored over 1,000 points and served as captain of the team.
During his years at Brien McMahon High School, Gregory was selected to the First Team All-State, ranked third all-time leading scorer and he was team captain throughout his career.
Gregory possesses a record of success in personal skill training and basketball development in coaching youth and young adults. He has coached players of all levels from elementary to college.
Chris Binnie
Chris Binnie is a Touring Professional at Chelsea Piers.
Chris Binnie was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica. He began playing squash at a very young age and quickly climbed the ranks in Jamaica. It was not long before he began to compete internationally on the junior circuit, traveling all over the world, with many successes along the way. At the age of 18, he decided to attend college in the United States so that he could further and pursue his squash as well as his studies.
In 2012, Chris graduated from Trinity College with Bachelor of Science in Economics and Environmental Science. He enjoyed a successful career at Trinity and was instrumental to the teams 4 National Titles. The following year he decided to return to Trinity, joining the staff as an assistant coach and pursuing his Masters Degree. During this time, the team garnered 3 more championships.
While assisting at Trinity, Chris has also been playing on the pro tour. It is his 5th year on the tour and he has won 4 tournaments, climbing into the top 100 in the world rankings, where his highest rank stands at 65. Outside of this, Chris has attained many regional accolades. He is a 8-time Caribbean Champion and 8-time Jamaican Champion and several time medalist at many regional games.
Chris Hanson
Chris Hanson is a Touring Professional at Chelsea Piers.
Chris Hanson grew up playing junior squash in Bronxville, NY and Bedford, NY, and finished his junior career as #2 in the U.S. He went on to attend Dartmouth College, where he competed all four years in the #1 position and was a 3x First Team All-American. Chris joined the PSA World Tour after college, and has since achieved a career ranking of #60 in the world. His most coveted achievement to-date was winning the U.S. National title 2 years in a row in 2017 and 2018./p>
Adam Delgado
Adam Delgado is a Club Coach at Chelsea Piers.
Adam has been training professional, collegiate, high school, and youth athletes for the past 10 years, all of them with BlueStreak. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Communications. Throughout Adam's playing career, he competed in the NEPSAC, EJHL, as well as two schools in the Hockey East.
Adam is an Athletic Republic Level 3 Performance/Hockey Trainer, as well as a USA Hockey Level IV coach. Adam coaches Tier 1 Elite hockey for the Mid Fairfield Jr Rangers. Both his '05 and '07 teams are ranked in the top 5 in the nation for their respective birth years.
Bobby Pauls
Bobby Pauls is a Club Coach at Chelsea Piers.
Bobby has been coaching ice hockey since 2008 and is a USA Hockey Level 4 Certified coach and has coached athletes ranging from Mites to Junior players.
Growing up in Harrison, NY he played ice hockey at an elite level before being a 4 year Varsity starter at Harrison High school and also played 2 years of varsity lacrosse. After high school, He attended New England College, playing NCAA Div. 3 Ice Hockey and Lacrosse in Henniker, NH. He graduated with a B.A. in Kinesiology. Post grad, Bobby became involved in skill development at Danbury Ice Arena with their house league program. He also continued to pursue ice hockey as a career playing 1 season of minor pro hockey for the Danbury Mad-Hatters of the Eastern Professional Hockey League.
On top of coaching, Bobby is a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Hockey Specialist at BlueStreak Sports Training in Stamford, CT.
Danielle Ward
Danielle Ward is a Club Coach at Chelsea Piers.
Danielle Ward played Division 1 hockey at the University of Maine. Danielle furthered her career playing professionally in Munich, Germany followed by the CT Whale of the NWHL. Ward has been coaching hockey for 10 years including time as an assistant coach at Connecticut College.
She is currently coaching MidFairfield Mites for the 2019-20 season.
Kayla Grace
Kayla Grace is a Hockey & Figure Skating Coach at Chelsea Piers.

Amanda Alayon
Amanda Alayon is a Volleyball Director at Chelsea Piers.
Amanda Alayon brings almost a decade of coaching experience, including 11 years of club, 9 years at the Division 3 college level and over a decade of playing experience, including 4 years at the Division 1 level. Amanda was named the youngest NCAA head coach in the country, as she was hired shortly after graduating from FDU in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in Humanities and Communications. As well, in 2014, Amanda was named the Director of Volleyball Operations at House of Sports, in Ardsley, NY, where she ran camps, clinics, private lessons and a club program.
