CIT Camp

Perfect for teens who want the chance to prepare for their first job while also having fun.

14 & 15 Years Boys & Girls

8:30pm - 3:45pm Monday - Friday

Chelsea Piers’ Counselor-in-Training program offers young adults the most comprehensive work-place introduction in Fairfield County. Under the supervision of our CIT Director and the Camp Director, participants learn to work both independently and cooperatively, in a professional and supportive environment.

Camp Time: 8:30pm - 3:45pm

Learn

CIT offers campers the distinctive opportunity to receive both in-class as well as practical counselor training by supporting our counselors and coaches with younger campers under the guidance of our CIT Director.  The Chelsea Piers camp staff also works with participants to better prepare them for future professional endeavors, including resume building and interview skills.

Fun

CITs get time to enjoy recreational fun in our incredible facility, including rock climbing, water sports, fitness training sessions, trampoline dodgeball and more!

Grow

Through weekly group assignments, guided break-out sessions, and daily fitness sessions with CP-AC trainers, our CITs develop confidence, learn effective decision-making, and how to collaborate as a team.  All while making new friends along the way.
