For intermediate and advanced dancers. Our intensive program offers serious dance students excellent classical ballet training enriched by diverse dance forms necessary to meet the demands of colleges and dance companies today. The curriculum includes technique, pointe, repertoire, jazz, modern, Pilates, yoga and injury prevention.
Take your technique to the next level! Our outstanding faculty inspires you to improve your technique and challenge yourself. Each morning starts with ballet technique, pointe or pre-pointe. Afternoon classes include jazz, modern, hip hop, choreography, variations, yoga and conditioning classes. Our focus on individual artistic and technical growth will make you a better dancer.

Chelsea Piers and the Ballet School of Stamford take pride in the quality of instruction, offered by a staff of teachers that has decades of professional performing and instructional experience. Proper form and technique are emphasized by all members of our staff, as are the nuances of choreography, musicality and artistic expression.
