Marcos Rivera

Marcos has over thirteen years of experience with parkour, participating in parkour/free running performances throughout New York City. Marcos enjoys sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm for the sport of parkour through coaching. When Marcos is not in the gym or leaping from obstacles he is an automotive technician.


Michael Gonzalez

Michael Gonzalez

Mike is an avid parkour enthusiast. He has been involved in with the parkour movement for the past 9 years and continues to explore and develop his skills. He is the 2018 Regional Parkour Freestyle Champion and National Parkour Cup qualifier. Mike participates in both ninja and parkour competitive events.


Bianca Dinisoe

Bianca Dinisoe

Bianca recently turned her athleticism and gymnastics experience towards the world of ninja and parkour placing third in the women's style at the USA Parkour Cup and also qualified to Ninja League World Championships. Bianca attends Norwalk Community College to pursue a degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Prior to Bianca's recent success as a parkour/ninja participant she was a successful Level 9 gymnast and Eastern Nationals qualifier as well as a diver for Brien McMahon High School and currently still holds a high school diving record.


Juan Palomeque

Juan Palomeque

Juan earned his BA in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from Brooklyn College. He has a range of coaching experience through multiple disciplines including; adult gymnastics and parkour, boys recreational and team gymnastics, parkour and ninja as well as girls recreational and team gymnastics. While attending Brooklyn College, Juan was a member of the cheerleading squad.


Jordie Lynch

Jordie Lynch

Jordie has been involved with parkour and ninja for the past five years. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with others. He has his WFPF Level 1 and Level 2 certification.


Darren Henderson

Darren Henderson

Darren utilizes his 15 years of competitive gymnastics experience as well as his experiences with martial arts, parkour and ninja. Darren has received 2 national awards for boy's gymnastics and placed 3rd at the Taekwondo World Tournament. Darren currently attends the University of Bridgeport pursuing a degree in Martial Arts.


Philip Paolino

Philip Paolino

Phil attended American Council on Exercise and holds a degree in Personal Training and Youth Fitness. Phil has a background in parkour and mixed martial arts and Taekwondo. He has coached in the area for the last eight years while teaching Physical Health Education at York College.
