Exercise is the Most Popular New Year's Resolution
As 2018 draws to a close, many are reflecting on the past year and setting resolutions for 2019. According to a YouGov poll, the most common resolutions for the coming year in the U.S. are to eat healthier, exercise more (59%), eat healthier (54%), save money (51%), lose weight (48%) and reduce stress (38%).
