The health and wellness of our community is our top priority during this time, so we have opened our weekly schedule of live fitness and sports classes with instructors from our New York and Connecticut locations to everyone on Instagram Live. The 30 to 60 minute classes include yoga, barre, Pilates, total-body workouts, soccer drills, gymnastics, stretching and so much more.
