About Dijon Whyte

My name is Dijon Whyte, and I am a passionate individual leading lives toward Health & Wellness. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Professional Dancer of 20+ years and Founder of Power Moves: Dance Cardio. My artistic path highlighted my love for fitness, and its necessity to live a life of positivity and wellbeing. In finding numerous innovative ways to incorporate fitness and movement, I have been instructing and evolving as an instructor for 10+ years. Everyday I am enlightened by the power in health, and I am committed to generating a unique approach for myself and others. I am thrilled to be joining this family at Chelsea Piers and guide more people to a healthy, vibrant lifestyle!
