Mini-Challenges

Members have additional opportunities to win prizes and get rewarded with mini-challenges.

Mini-Challenge
Attend the Saturday or Wednesday Group Fitness Challenge Workouts, with a challenge selected by the instructor.

Challenge Rules

  • Must be 18 years or older to participate.
  • To qualify for the top prizes, participants must complete the first and last InBody Assessments, the middle InBody Assessment is encouraged but not mandatory to be eligible for prizes.
  • All weight, body fat percentage, and lean muscle assessments are measured by our InBody machine.
  • Winners can only qualify for one category.
