Looking to take your fitness to the next level? Join our new Winter Challenge. With motivating mini challenges, seminars and our dedicated team of trainers and instructors; we are here to help you succeed.
FEE: $25 until January 22, $50 after January 22.

Prizes for the Top Male + Female
Prizes will be awarded to the top male and top female for each category:
- Most body fat percentage loss + muscle mass gained
- Most weight loss
First Place Prize: $750 Amex Gift Card
*All registrants will receive a t-shirt for participating.

Mini-Challenges
Members have additional opportunities to win prizes and get rewarded with mini-challenges.
Mini-Challenge
Attend the Saturday or Wednesday Group Fitness Challenge Workouts, with a challenge selected by the instructor.
Challenge Rules
- Must be 18 years or older to participate.
- To qualify for the top prizes, participants must complete the first and last InBody Assessments, the middle InBody Assessment is encouraged but not mandatory to be eligible for prizes.
- All weight, body fat percentage, and lean muscle assessments are measured by our InBody machine.
- Winners can only qualify for one category.
