Small Group Training
Support is invaluable when it comes to improving your fitness capacity, which is why Chelsea Piers Fitness offers small group training for members looking for a more social or team setting to achieve their goals. Groups are composed of 3-6 people; sessions are scheduled at your convenience with the direct collaboration of your assigned trainer. Motivate yourself and each other with this unique offering.
