Greg Nichols is a skilled personal trainer with over 4 years of experience. His experience includes working with a wide variety of populations through many different fitness domains. Greg has experience working with clients from the elderly population to young athletes. He enjoys athletics including boxing, basketball, football, swimming and weight lifting. Greg holds certifications including Correctional Exercise Sciences, Behavioral Change Specialist and Certified Personal Training all from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Greg is extremely passionate about mobility, proper movement patterns and exercise adherence through varied fun interesting workouts.
