George Kailas

George was born and raised in Stamford and holds a degree in Communications from Boston College where he graduated in 1997. He began his career in graphic design but later found his calling in the world of health and fitness. He has been involved in athletics since the age of nine, playing basketball in high school and various intramural leagues. Five years ago, he began studying the art of boxing and conditioning, eventually teaching group classes for both adults and children.

George’s passion for exercise led him to become a certified personal trainer through The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). His programs implement functional training activities to achieve specific strength and flexibility goals. George's mission is to discover the fitness regimen that each client finds engaging and rewarding. Whether you are training for competition or just a healthier lifestyle, he can get you on the right track. When he's not spending quality time in the gym, George enjoys playing golf, football and volleyball.

George also holds certifications in AAAI & ISMA Strength & Conditioning Training Consultant, ACE Sports Performance, Pregnant and Postpartum Training, and specializes in integrated stretching, mobility, flexibility, boxing, and weight training.
