Meet the Trainers
Kelly is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as a Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach through the C.H.E.K. Institute. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Rutgers University, as well as an Associate of Science degree from the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Essex County College.
Kelly’s training approach helps every individual to have general physical preparedness for life by focusing on improving movement patterns, body composition and strength using functional movements and mobility work. Her areas of specialty include strength training, metabolic conditioning, core stability, boxing, nutrition coaching, post-orthopedic rehabilitation and PNF stretching. Kelly is a Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Mobility|WOD Movement & Mobility Specialist, FMS Level 1 certified, Certified Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, HRV (Heart Rate Variability) Certified, a Certified Instructor through Dragon Door Hardstyle Kettlebell, an Animal Flow-certified coach and a certified functional strength coach.
