The Chelsea Piers Athletic Club’s “CP360 Athlete” program is committed to helping our team athletes find success – on and off the field of play. CP360 is a series of customized 12-week training modules designed specifically for our 900+ CP-AC competitive athletes, combining cross-training and sport-specific modalities so that each child will be prepared to compete at their highest level and achieve success on an individual and team level.

The Chelsea Piers Athletic Club Strength and Conditioning training program is designed with many variables in mind, and one of the most crucial is age. Young athletes grow at different rates - physically and emotionally. CP-AC training carefully considers each athlete, and designs a program that will help them find success. Our young athletes are healthier, stronger, less prone to injury, and ultimately more competitive on the playing surface.
