At Chelsea Piers Fitness, the “CP360 Athlete” program is committed to helping our team athletes find success – on and off the field of play. CP360 is a series of customized age appropriate training modules designed specifically for Chelsea Piers competitive athletes. We use the resources of Chelsea Piers ranging from gymnastics core training + yoga classes to cardio + strengh programs. All CP360 training is age appropriate and designed to help competitive athletes develop better physical + mental fitness and realize their highest potential.

Our approach fosters an enthusiastic commitment to the individual’s health and sports related goals. Our carefully designed, professionally coached program is rooted by our core values: age appropriate training, education, commitment, and the whole athlete.
