Our Yoga team collectively brings over 10,000 hours of training in modalities such as Yoga for Athletic Rehabilitation, Restorative & Therapeutic Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, and Reiki. Our Instructors are master teachers and healers who have dedicated their practices to understanding how the body works and helping others to create positive change in their bodies. Our Pilates Instructors mirror the same dedication in their training and their practices Studying Yamuna Body Logic and Body Rolling, Anatomy and the new science of Rekinetics.
