At Chelsea Piers we have taken great care to ensure that our instructors are among the best in the region. We offer a robust schedule of classes ranging from beginner to advanced, held in three beautifully furnished studios with the best-in-class equipment and accessories.
Our Yoga team collectively brings over 10,000 hours of training in modalities such as Yoga for Athletic Rehabilitation, Restorative & Therapeutic Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, and Reiki. Our Instructors are master teachers and healers who have dedicated their practices to understanding how the body works and helping others to create positive change in their bodies. Chelsea Piers Yoga is deeply established in the roots of the Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga traditions. Our teachers are in an ongoing trainings with other senior teachers across the nation to ensure our students are in touch with the best of the best.
Our Pilates Instructors mirror the same dedication in their training and their practices Studying Yamuna Body Logic and Body Rolling, Anatomy and the new science of Rekinetics. Each teacher is striving to bring out the true potential in each and every member he or she works with.
