THE CHALLENGE

Have you made a resolution to get healthier in 2019? Or are you looking to take your fitness to the next level? Jumpstart your January by joining our new challenge.

With motivating mini challenges, nutrition workshops and our dedicated team of personal trainers and group fitness instructors we are here to help you succeed.

REGISTER

FEE: $20 before January 6; $50 January 7-14. All participants will receive a Chelsea Piers Athletic Club T-shirt.

 

Prizes for the Top Males + Females

NEW Year means NEW Rules and Two Ways to Win!
Prizes will be awarded to the top three males and top three females who lose the most body weight AND to those that gain the most lean muscle.

Join Monica as she covers Fit Facts: proper workout & nutritional guidance to get the best results in a safe & effective manner that CAN be maintained! Pre/post workout tips on what to eat/not to eat, fasted vs non-fasted cardio, interval training, strength training, and class recommendations.

Challenge Rules

  • Must be 18 years or older to participate.
  • To qualify for the top prizes, participants must complete all three InBody Assessments.
  • All weight and lean muscle assessments are as measured by our InBody machine.
