Family Yoga & Meditation

Yoga postures, games, and partner poses will provide fun for all in this family yoga and meditation class good for children ages 8+. Yoga is a great way to bring balance into the everyday dynamic of family life. We will also introduce mindful meditation for both children and their grownups that includes practices that have shown to help children calm down, become more focused, fall asleep more easily, manage anger and become more patient and aware.
