Did summer vacation derail your fitness routine? Need a little motivation? Fall is the perfect season to take stock of what you have or haven't done yet to live a healthier lifestyle and make changes.

Turn over a new leaf as sweater weather and comfort foods come back into season by joining the Mohegan Sun Fall Back Into Fitness Challenge and LOSE THE MOST BODY FAT + GAIN THE MOST LEAN MUSCLE

Prizes for the Top Males + Females

Prizes will be awarded to the top three males and top three females who lose the most body fat and gain the most lean muscle, as measured by our InBody machine.

  • First Place Prize: One-night stay at Mohegan Sun, dinner for two during your stay and $50 Mohegan Sun Gift Card (value $700)
  • Second Place Prize: 5-Pack Personal Training or Pilates ($500 Value)
  • Third Place Prize: 3-Pack of 60-minute Massages ($300 value)

Weekly Fitness and Nutrition Challenge Rules

  • Each Sunday during the challenge, Chelsea Piers will post the weekly fitness and nutritional challenges on Instagram and our website.
  • Members will have until Friday of that week to complete the challenge(s). To be eligible to win the weekly prize, participants must:
    1. Be registered in the Mohegan Sun Fall Back Into Fitness Challenge
    2. Follow ChelseapiersCT on Instagram
    3. Post a video or photo to Instagram per challenge direction, tag ChelseapiersCT and use both #MoheganFitnessChallenge and #ChelseapiersCT in their post (fitness challenge images must be taken at Chelsea Piers)
    4. Encourage friends and followers to comment and like your post Members may post as many different posts as they want.
    5. Fitness challenge images must be taken at Chelsea Piers and should not violate any club policies on safety, behavior and dress code.
  • There will be one winner for the nutritional challenge and one winner for the fitness challenge each week.
  • The 3 posts with the most likes and comments from the nutrition challenge and the 3 posts with the most likes and comments from the fitness challenge will be judged and the winner will be selected by the Fitness Challenge Committee. The committee will judge based on best fit to challenge parameters, creativity and form.
  • With your permission, we will repost your image to the ChelseapiersCT Instagram. Reposting is NOT a requirement for winning the weekly challenge.
  • Winners will be announced via Instagram on Sunday evening.
