Nina Clark Director
Nina went to Sacred Heart University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, followed by a Masters of Arts degree in elementary education. While attaining her Masters, she interned and student taught in a K-3 school in Bethel, CT. After that experience, she stayed on to work in that school for two more years. She then worked in the special education department with the Greenwich Public Schools for 2 years. Knowing that she loved early childhood education, she sought out a career in that field. She landed at CP Kids in 2012, its inaugural year, and has been here ever since! She has worked as a lead teacher with both the toddlers and infants, before joining the leadership team in July 2018 as the Assistant Director. Nina's favorite part about teaching is seeing those "a-ha" moments when children learn a new skill or concept. Nina loves to spend time with her family and enjoys reading (preferably, on the beach).
Madeline Kondub Assistant Director
Madeline started at CP Kids in 2017 and has taught in our toddler and preschool classrooms. She started her career in education after graduating from Gettysburg College with her bachelor’s degree. Her time spent at college was filled with pursuing her passion for the love of learning. After teaching kindergarten and first grade for four years, she received an opportunity to work at CP Kids. She loves teaching social emotional development and early literacy skills. Gina has been teaching in early childhood for many years, including owning and operating her own licensed home daycare when her children were younger. She cannot express how being part of the lives of many children and their families has enriched her as a person. Watching each child that she has had the pleasure of taking care of blossom into amazing, smart individuals fills her with great happiness and she is proud to know that she was an important part of that process.

Shannon grew up in Stamford and attended Stamford Public Schools, making her very familiar with the area. Shannon graduated from West Virginia University with her B.S. in Child Development and Family Studies, Infants and Toddlers, and Communication Studies. After that, Shannon attended the University of Bridgeport for her Masters in Elementary Education. Shannon has been a camp counselor for 4 years, a director of a camp for 3 years, an after-school teacher, a coach, a substitute and a tutor. Her favorite thing about teaching is getting students to be just as excited about learning as she is and seeing their faces light up with enthusiasm because they've mastered something or know the right answer. It brings Shannon so much joy to be around these children and to be able to watch them as we learn and grow together. Shannon is so happy to be working with her sweet and smart preschoolers.
