Chelsea Piers Connecticut is the area’s preeminent destination for multi-sport athletes to train in all modalities that encompass the sport of triathlon. Our world-class facilities, expert instruction and finely tuned curriculum provide every level of athlete, from novice to expert, a place to train for — and compete in — triathlons.

    Indoor Triathlons are a convenient, safe and fun way to get a taste for triathlon or simply enjoy a good workout

  • HALF DAY TRI CAMP

    A 4-hour program for the novice racer or the athlete looking to improve performance

  • Training Program

    Twice a week training in the off-season to improve power, stability and agility.

  • Swim

    Members can hone their stroke technique and build endurance in our crystal clear Olympic sized pool.

  • Bike

    Perfect the second leg of the race, with one of our cycling classes, a CompuTrainer session or a bike fit.

    Run Analysis, Field Testing plus other training opportunities give our members a leg up on the competition.
